Is it really free?

Yes, Fixnetics is a pilot project and will be offered free of charge for 12 months to those who insured their auto garage. We will only require a minimum one-time setup fee. Learn more here.

Can I customize the document printout?

You can upload your company letterhead to be displayed in PDF documents, with recommended/ optimal image size of 1000px in width and not exceeding 200px in height.

How many users do I get?

For the pilot project, you will be entitled for one system admin user. If you require more users to access the system, please write us an email.

Can different users have different rights?

Unfortunately, Fixnetics is only available to single user access. For multiple user access, please contact us. We will require you to determine the list of users and their access rights, so we can craft the right role for each one.

I did not receive a confirmation email from Fixnetics. 

It may take us up to 7 business days to send you a confirmation email regarding your Fixnetics system access. You may also check your spam folder and untag the email as spam. 

Is there a training for first time user?

Currently, we do not conduct any training session. However, you may refer to the tutorials or submit a ticket within the system if you have any queries about the functions.

How can I get a copy of my data?

Your data are safely kept in our dedicated hosting server. Please write us an email if you wish to get a back up copy of your data.

My 12-month subscription has ended. What now?

You can speak with our experts to continue using our workshop management system.

We highly recommend speaking with them so you can get the most of our service.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please write us an email as a confirmation of subscription cancellation.
